The Weekend Itinerary
10th July | Welcome Event
Time: 19:00 - 22:00
Location: Miramar Barcelona
The welcome event will take place on the evening before the wedding at Hotel Miramar Barcelona. Join us for an evening of drinks, canapés, food stations, and a special performance. This will be a relaxed, standing reception rather than a formal sit-down dinner.
11th July | Wedding Day
Time: 16:00 - late
Location: Bell Recó
Transfers: The coaches will be picking up ALL guests from the Miramar Hotel at 14:45. Please arrive on time, as the coaches will depart promptly and cannot wait for late arrivals. If you miss your transfer, you'll need to make your own way to the venue.
Transfers back: Coaches back to the Miramar Hotel will depart at 12:00am, 1:00am, 2:00am, and 3:00am. The final coach will leave the venue at 3:00am.
The wedding ceremony will take place at Bell Recó, followed by a full day of celebrations. Expect plenty of food and wonderful performances.
12th July: The Day After
Day three will be all about unwinding and soaking it all in. Parents and their friends can enjoy a leisurely day by the pool at Hotel Miramar Barcelona. We will be hosting an all-day pool party for our friends at a villa on the outskirts of Barcelona. A perfect way to close out the celebrations.
